CAREER LINK:
An employment program for recent post-secondary school graduates
with disabilities.
Finding the right job after university or college—one that’s in your field of study and that
aligns with your goals and aspirations—is a daunting challenge for anyone. And for graduates
with a disability, there can be, unfortunately, even more hurdles to overcome. Career Link is
a unique employment program designed to help bridge these gaps.
BENEFITS FOR BOTH GRADUATES AND EMPLOYERS
Graduates
Career Link can connect you with employment in your field of study for one year, including a wage subsidy of $17/hr.

The program can also provide you with access to workplace accommodations, on-the-job-training, and workplace-based skills upgrading. Additionally, you’ll get job readiness assistance and access to TEAM Work Cooperative services and resources
along the way.

Deadline for graduates to apply is April 19, 2024.
Employers
You'll gain access to a diverse and expanded
talent pool, and a competitive edge in recruitment.
Your involvement could also enhance your organization's reputation, and even grant you a competitive position in the global marketplace.

Additionally, you’ll enjoy access to TEAM Work Cooperative services and resources.

Employers can apply year-round.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
Our goal is for the Career Link program to help as many graduates as possible, so program
requirements are minimal. We invite you to apply if you are a Nova Scotian who:
