Mental Health in the Workplace - Emotions and Self-Regulation (10:30am)

This speciality webinar is exactly what the title says. In the webinar I help people identify what they are feeling and then present ways to help them self-regulate their feelings. In Nova Scotia at this time, we are dealing with covid-19 and multiple layers of grief and sorrow. Sometimes it is difficult to know what we are thinking. It is not unusual for individuals who experience anxiety to name all their emotions as anxiety.  This work is an example of practice makes ‘perfect’.  Of course we know that  ‘perfect’ does not exist but being prepared goes a long way to help individuals to cope with their emotions.
